Guh. I'm really, really tired of having strep throat.
It's not funny anymore.

The idea that it was ever fun scares me more than somewhat.

I replied to this earlier. It didn't show up, I swear.

What I think I said was: I'm so angry about it by this point that it seems like it used to be fun, in comparison.

OMG you still have it!?!?!? You need to get your ass back to the doctor before you get scarlet fever or whatever the hell strep turns into that eats a hole in your heart. Don't make me come up there and spray oregano oil down your throat!

Will I get a magical rabbit?

I think it's from the dub. Ever since I started going there, I got ridiculous throat infections that I NEED antibiotics for, otherwise they won't go away.

I dunno... I got this when I hadn't been there in some time. I'm thinking it definitely came through falpal. My dad was telling me that once he hit my age, once a year or so he would get strep. Like he'd only get sick that once a year; Always strep. So maybe that's it.

Hooorray!

I don't know if anyone else has recommended it before, but gargle with salt water. It helps to clear any bacteria from your throat and will help ease the pain. Not sure if this will help with strep, but it helped with bronchitis; add some apple cidar vinegar to tea. It helps with coughing and also to clear fluid out of lungs. Who knows, maybe it'll help the strep :)

Advil seems to completely help with the pain. The salt water I've been using With a second set of antibiotics that I just finished a few days ago. It's coming back :) My current doctor does Not really understand english. I still seem to like him for some reason but he seems Very disbelieving of my illness and my stories of it.

I went to a walk in clinic and saw a Dr with an accent. I got the impression she thought I was a whiny westerner :/

I've had really good luck with the walk in clinic on Broadway. I find the Dr's there are actually willing to listen, take a look and run tests. They have a lab on site, as well as a pharmacy. Last time I was there they did the test on site while I waited and I had my prescription in less than 20 mins. Which is awesome, as usually they send it off, make you wait, blah blah blah. They are also open until 10pm, so no excuse not to go :P

I needs it. My family Doctor won't see me until September the fourth and I've had strep throat for over a month already.
What is the name of this place?
