I'm not only now starving with half an hour til lunch, but *6 months* away from being able to try chalet sauce poutine. Why wasn't this an option a week ago when I was having chalet fries & sauce for lunch with my friend back in Canada?

I have secretly done this with my swiss chalet deliveries for awhile. Dominion, excuse me, METRO has a decent selection of Quebec cheeses... so often good curd is available... nice to know it's available instore, so perhaps I can get it when it's hotter... thanks for the update.

I'm not a fan of Chalet Sauce, but when I saw that they were offering that as an option, I thought... "but you get the Chalet Sauce free anyway... you're essentially paying $1.99 for curd!"

Personally, I vote we do a taste test: Swiss Chalet Gravy. Swiss Chalet Chalet Sauce. See which one is better with the curds...
