Na, Serenity has nothing romantic about it. There might be sparks flying between certain characters but not a chick flick at all. Not that I particularly dislike chick flicks. :p

A fantastic show, a wonderful movie! I hope there will be more forthcoming, but it still seems to be unresolved...

Totally nit-picking, but there were only 13 episodes, though that does include one 2-hour episode...

Hey, they never aired the show in India. I saw it on DVD and the DVD has 15 episodes; so I figured all must have been aired. Did you see "Heart of Gold" and "Objects in the Space?" Those were 14 and 15, in chronological order, of course.

I stand corrected! I must have had a small stroke, or something, in miscounting the episodes. But, yes, I've seen all of them -- I bought the boxed set of the series on DVD, months and months ago, and I bought Serenity on DVD, promptly after it was released. And I'm pestering a friend to lend me her graphic novel compilation of the comics.

Shouldn't be startled to see other fans... Just do a lj search according to interests, and try "firefly" or "serenity"... Tons and tons of browncoats out there.

Ha! I have been too. I'm hooked! Isn't the Meredith chick ultra-hot? Don't answer that if you can't ;) And why is it that the model chick doesn't get top billing? Me thinks she's going to be dropped. The show does overdo the soundtrack at times though. But I ramble. And completely off-topic too.
