It's October, and the leading edge of the California rainy season is sweeping over us. It's raining today, a nice steady light rain making a soothing sound on my roof. I was thinking of buying the new protest scent, but only because I highly approve of sending money to buy food for the protesters.

The Pinboard Blog post you linked to was excellent. What really made my morning was reading the AO3 fanfic he linked to as well. That was hysterical. I think I need to start using Pinboard now. Just because.

If you need a replacement for Delicious, that's the one you're most likely to be happy with. Though I haven't tried trunk.ly, which is fairly new. Bookmarking services are proliferating right now because Yahoo killed the single site that *had* been the only serious choice. Or threatened to kill it, rather; AVOS actually did the foul deed.
