I care about your workout stuff. I'm just not really familiar with a lot of the jargon - like when your talk turns techie. That's interesting, too, in a wowimnevergonnaunderstandthat kind of way. :) As for swords, well, there's only one kind of Giles swordplay I'm interested in. Hehe.

How to do the dumbbell snatch, along with why! It's a neat exercise to do, because when you get it right the weight just floats up over your head. Zoom! Huh, how'd that get up there? Now I gotta get it down... Also, because it's so explosive and uses so much of your body, it's a good overall workout. Most of the big Olympic-style lifts are. And this one can be done with dumbbells of any weight, which are less intimidating than gnarly barbells.
