I enjoy reading about your seal adventures. The ocean is amazing and primal. Although, I've never gone swimming in anything so cold.

Have you considered posting the pics you like best on Instagram? I loved your pictures of the coast and would like to see more. I post pics of the countryside and our explorations there.

Many of us feel as though we're living in a dystopian AU, but there's nothing AU about it. I'm unable to write at all. We are in a terrible place. There's talk that there might not be elections in 2020, and what does it matter with districts being gerrymandered in Republicans' favor and the electoral college over-ruling the popular vote? I fear that the only way balance will return is with blood.

Anyway, write what interests you. Don't worry about readers.

When I'm in the ocean I can definitely relate to the theory of evolution. It is such a natural environment and peaceful to be in. I'll report back on whether it changes if we come across any orcas! (THe one pod moved on but it's nevertheless possible).

I thought your nook getaway was a sensible move in these times but it surrounds us and we have to believe that the people with morality and humanity will somehow prevail.

I completely agree about the ocean. We are mostly salt water after all. lol Just the smell of it is like a call from our ancient mother. The motion of the waves is like being cradled. I miss it.

You are the third author I’ve heard from recently having issues with the political situation. The other two are appalled at the US immigration situation (as is nearly anyone). Write what you want to write and who knows, you may feel like picking it up in the future.
