MIA - Title

When I stated writing one of my WIP I was almost sure of the tittle. Now that I'm only four or so chapters away I seem to be missing a title and the concept has change a bit.  So here's a question for you fellow writers: How do you decide the tittle for your WIP?

I call all my WIPs by the name of the MC...I seldom come up with a title before I begin querying.

I usually have the title before I start writing, but my WIP drove me nuts. I think I was on chapter 6 when I came up with something that stuck.

I like titles that have double meanings. As far as deciding, I just know when it feels right--which is little or no help :)
