Landed safely in LA. There were no snakes on my plane, unfortunately, though I was prepared.

Vancouver was a lot of fun, and working at Radical Entertainment was awesome. The game, Scarface, looks like it'll be damn cool as well. It really draws a lot of good stuff form the movie and incorporates it well into a fun game. I think. I'm actually

First The Godfather, now Scarface? Is the game industry trying to tell us something? ;)

I still do that when people ask me where I'm from. Though I feel at home here, it doesn't feel like home.

You're the nomadic loner type like myself, methinks. I get in a group that has good among among the other members, and I instantaneously feel like a fifth wheel. Feeling more alone in the crowd than you do by yourself is common... I think it has something to do with the fact that the more people there are, the more limited the number of things you can all agree on, and that's disnenheartening.

I should probably introduce you to endymion_la when he gets back. He's in LA and is certainly not soulless, but is feeling that same soul-sucking feeling. He could teach you to firedance.
