Summary: Post-Doomsday fix it of only mildly epic proportions.  In which the Doctor, Rose and Donna save the Earth, Pete's World and a handful of others.  Let's see how.

This sounds just like the Doctor. I laughed.

It was as though time had folded in on itself while she wasn’t paying attention. And now two moments, two Roses, were no longer separated by time and distance and experience but laying one atop the other.

I really like this; it sounds almost poetic. The imagery it gives me is lovely and I know exactly how she feels.

This is a very intriguing start. I'm excited to see where you go with it. :D

The Doctor is a hard voice to nail so I'm glad I got at least some of it down :D

The third person bit you open with does read in the doctor's voice. The voice seems to shift as we get each character's pov. Rather interesting way to do it.
I really liked your take on Rose and her reaction to events.

I have heard that before, mostly I blame moderate acting experience getting me in a character's headspace while my writing resists first person POV at every turn lol.
Thanks! I was really worried about the Rose bit, I felt it might have come off a bit mechanical, it's nice to know it didn't ruin it :D
