Now that I got that out of my system...

Let's move on to a better topic... BIKES!!!

So I took my old bike to Montrose Bike. The guy said, "It's not in bad condition, but after we tune it up and put new tires on it, it will probably run about $150. You can probably get a more comfortable and lighter weight bike for $300 or so."

He turned me on to Electra Cruisers.

I'M IN LUST!! Warning: Lots of bike pics )

I vote for the hot pink sidewalls!

With a cute bike like that, you could get a boyfriend - or not! You wouldn't care one way or the other 'cause you would have that cute bike!

I have been thinking "bike" too this summer:

LOL! They are still the coolest thing on the road!

I have been wishing for a Vespa since I was 16 and all the "teen" movies had Annette and Gidget scooting all over Italy on them... with Fabian or Frankie. Or, even better, some hot Italian hunk....

I think Vespas were the first motor bike designed for a girl in a skirt!

I won't tell you what my Mtn bike cost. Although, I got it for a huge discount. I knew people in the right places.

I think my mtn bike is about 15 years old now, but it still works great. I'm just getting to old for that kind of bike. I hate to say it, but it's a guys bike with that skinny seat. It was great when I was younger and I still love it, I just want something, well more comfortable.

Maybe in early fall you can get your tires on your bike fixed up and just ride around.

I'm glad you got your swimming pool! It's gonna keep you cooled off this summer!
