Thank you! I hadn't thought much about the pairing either, but the challenge really got my creative juices flowing. :)

This is great! You've got Ginny so perfectly and I love the way it stops where it does so that it's ambiguous whether anything happens between the two of them (just because I can't decide whether I'd rather explore this further or have her happily with Harry). Whichever way you see it panning out, I really like the way that Ginny comes up to Marcus in the end rather than waiting for him to come to her. Yeah, brilliant!

Thank you! I'm glad you liked the ending. The word limit was 500, so I didn't have time to explore a longer relationship, but I knew I wanted to write about that initial wham of attraction on Marcus's part.
