I'm getting very demanding of illustrations, it seems, but I'd pay good money to see Sherlock with his hair 'ruffled from sleep and John’s hands' and with 'a smile that is almost shy'.

That would be a brilliant explanation, but doesn't make me facepalm in recollection, so that wasn't it. ;)
