I can be as good as I am bad....

Sep 06, 2005 18:48

After a long weekend of red meat and cream and sugar and eggs, I have now climbed back on the wagon, and I have prepared a meal fit for...fitness.

After watching Alton Brown prepare fish en papillote, I decided, Hey, I can do that.

So...

Salmon Filet and Vegetables en Papillote with Tarragon, Dill and Lime Yogurt Sauce and Wild Mushroom Couscous )

vegetables, food, healthy, fish

That's sound delicious and easy. Now I have to hook the laptop to the computer so I can print it out.

You realize, of course, that my recipe folder is bulging because of you. But, please, don't stop posting them.

I don't think there's any way I can stop posting them...

I save them to my memories so that I can remember what I did!

I wish I had your energy to cook like that.

Oh, Honey, this was the world's EASIEST dinner to fix...

And with the foil, there weren't even any dishes to do!

The other problem is that I had $20 with which to buy food for the week - not exactly easy to buy healthy stuff with that little money.
Will anyone be home during the day tomorrow? I might be up in KoP to get an IV treatment; I can either drop it off with Paul if he's at Target, or I can leave it in your gazebo if noone will be home.

Paul's closing, which means he'll be here until a little after one. After 2, he'll be at the store.

But I'll be at work till 3:30, and I can meet you if it's easier.

First of all, hands off my pretend boyfriend :-)

Secondly, thank you for posting all of your fabulous recipes. I encourage you to join the steelchefs group and post your stuff there. It has been not so active as late, but it's a good group of folks who would love to know about your recipes.
