with Marvel Adventures: Iron Man. Seriously. So far, in addition to the regular cast of villains, Tony Stark has fought off a man who grafted his own DNA to plants in order to forge a psychic link with them, and a bunch of pirates. Really. Pirates.

I read this paragraph way too quickly the first time, and came up with "Tony Stark fought off a giraffe." Which I now want a fic for.

The only annoyance is that Rhodey occasionally talks in, shall we say, a bit of a stereotyped way.

Ooh, if I'm reading this (between the lines) correctly, that's bad. Baaaad.

not as bad as it was in the 80's, believe me, but he always calls Tony "Tone" and called Pepper "girl" at one point. It comes off as White Dude Trying To Write Hood. Because apparently, all african-american characters have to talk like that.
