Day 4: Taming at the Globe (short)

Taming was phenomenal and included some HILARIOUS twists on lines. Not entirely sure that I bought Kate's shift to loving Petruchio instead of being browbeaten by him, but that's a hard sell and I will have to ponder. Details of the show later. Ah, the end of Taming of the Shrew! Remind me to tell you some time about the discussion my all-woman lit class had about that one. ;) I'm glad the trip is going so well.

I just downloaded the ShakespeaRetold series that BBC did a bunch of years ago. We watched the Midsummer Night's Dream episode when it aired, but we missed the others. Can't wait to see bb!James McAvoy in the MacBeth ep.
