I think I may be doing it wrong.
I've committed to doing 50 sit ups a day in attempt to lose my belly, and it hurttssssss ><;;
My stomach is in terrible painnnnn and I don't know if it's because I haven't exercised in a while or because exercise is slowly killing me.
And yes, I've heard the whole 'if it hurts, it's working' thing, but jesus.
