i think santouka has better ramen. BUT THE KONG BAK PAO AT IPPUDO IS AWESOME! :p

ah it's at central. at the back, facing the river. their pork cheeks are awesome. :) http://www.hungrygowhere.com/singapore/ramen_santouka/ reviews are mixed on the site though, but i like it.
