1. Go to the gym/workout 4-5 times per week.
2. Learn how to cook good and healthy pescetarian meals.
3. Spend money wisely.
4. Save money wisely.
5. Find at least three things to be happy about each day.
6. Embrace new experiences.
7. Don't be afraid to embrace said experiences.

Do not stop thinking of life as an adventure. You have no security unless you can live bravely, excitingly, imaginatively; unless you can choose a challenge instead of a competence.
Do what you feel in your heart to be right, for you'll be criticized anyway.
