Someday, I will disappear, leaving empty bookshelves and unwashed laundry and drawers with barren spots. My to do list will runneth over and I will be far far away, with stolen mixed tapes and abandon and laugh lines. No one will ever find me until I show up on their doorstep.

I thought I would plug this project. Any and all musicians, writers, and soundmakers: the First Rate People want you. A song experiment is being conducted, and contributions are being sought. So, record something dammit.

Blessed be the snow days which fall like angels in the middle of exams, to postpone the schedule and delight the children. Let us go forth and have extra time to study, to sing, to rejoice, and to relax. Bittersweetness if my favourite copout emotion. Or perhaps even notion, rather than emotion. Negative things: no longer a bummer if they are bittersweet.
