Saw it today - it's the first movie I've been inspired to actually pay theater prices for since Sherlock Homes and it was well worth it. Although I walked around feeling like I was in a dream state for several hours after watching the movie. Very bizarre

Just curious, what is the usual price for theater tickets in the US?

Well, where I live it's about $8 USD for an afternoon matinee and about $10 USD for regular price. I'd say it's $2-3 USD more per ticket in bigger cities though, just for reference.

Yes, I'd be thinking twice too before paying theater prices! Ours here is around RM8 to RM 12, that'd be about 2 to 3 USD.

Oh gosh, that is a big difference!

Although, I don't mind paying money for a ticket to see a movie that's worth it, like I thought 'Inception' was, but lately nothing inspiring has come out!

I literally couldn't sleep that night after seeing it. I was up for HOURS with my brain whirling. Luckily, I loved the movie enough that it only bothered me a little :)

I know! I haven't been able to stop thinking about it! I tried to take a nap after I got home from seeing it and my body fell into nap-mode but my brain just kept working over every detail of the movie.
