hmm....i never noticed it until you posted this but....just the phrase 匿名希望A is also from Miyavi's song Fuminshou No Nemuri Hime. though there he's clearly referring to a person (匿名希望Aさん - Anonymous person A).

mah mah, but Shou didn't write -san so...mmm...ya, that doesn't really help much ne xDDD

hmmm...but i'll try taking this into the context of the song theme
"it has became convenient to search for things after there is the internet, those people who pretend to know things start to increase, those who really have the information by true nature will be gone, and the lyrics to this song expresses the anger towards this issue" (from Shoxx 192 translated by maichiru).
so...for 匿名希望A maybe Shou's referring to the "anonymous (internet) people" who we depend on for information? mmm...i dunno something about those first 2 lines seem to really poke at that idea Shou wants to voice. I'm just too incompetent to put it into words :x

I also remember Shou's personal interview in Neo Genesis vol.31 (credits to aliceinrainbows)
where Shou says:
"My personality shows quit a lot in [www]. Lately I've been into "Koukaku Kidoutai3" again, doesn't that also discuss these kinds of things? Like "Don't depend on the internet and computers". The lyrics express the idea of something like "Before you are manipulated by information, use your own head to think". In this world, before you can even form your own personality you already have various bits of information flowing to you, which I think is pitiable, but because during the phase of maturity, experience is the most important thing, I think that people would want to get passed that."

Maybe "Anonymous Hope A" is just the generic name Shou wants to give to people which depend on the internet and just tell their feelings and emotions hiding behind the screen of a computer, hoping that they can make their life better anyway?
