I had horrible issues with ritilan when I tried it back in high school. that's why when I started meds in my 20s I went with Dexedrine. I'm now on a 10 hour Dexedrine spansel (however you spell that) and I've found I never felt any of the side effects I did with either Ritalin or the shorter acting Dexedrine- thirst and elevated heart rate. So you might wanna ask about that
