My knee is jacked up. And the irony is, I don't know what happened. I was laying on my bed and then turned over then suddenly pain shot through my knee and i couldn't straighten or bend it. Hey Alaine, I hope you're doing a little better with some sleep. I know how knee pain feels - I was in a mobilizer at 13 - it's no good. Just remember that in NYC there are some of the best orthopedists in the world. If you get in to PT, you should try to get yourself to Harkness. They work wonders.

Stay calm and treat yourself right. The human body has an amazing capacity to heal itself...that is, I think, the dancer's equivalent of saying "the universe is expanding".
