I also saw an article recently about how a guy modified his prius to be able to run in full electric mode, so he could plug it in overnight. The thing got 108 mpg.

I drive one of those sporty type vehicles that only likes premium gas at $2.48 a gallon. It's breaking me, I get about 17mpg and I've got almost a 17 gallon tank. Cost me mid thiries to fill up my tank @2.26, I'm not even looking forward to my next fill up bill.

I'm really considering selling the car and buying a moped.

Just be thankful you arent outside the US, they pay 2 or 3 times as much as we do per gallon

yeah, but a good number of them have universal health care. I'd pay 5 bucks a gallon if we had that going on over here.
