Ah yes, you would most likely be correct there. I think.

But the degeneration began some time back, at least from sometime in the 1960-s, I think ... Or possibly even earlier. Not sure. Medical records will tell the story if one knows what to look for, actually.

The empire couldn't get anyone to go along with the attack against Syria, so they're trying to regroup. Next there'll be some "compelling" reason why the U.S. should attack "al Qaeda" in Kenya, because that's the group being held responsible for the attack at the mall in Nairobi.
