Portrait Pictures

I am not at all comfortable in taking portrait pictures :( I dont get any motivation/inspiration to take. But when I see some of my friends taking amazing portraits, I feel I just dont have the eye for it :(

inspite of many people (females included) asking me to shoot, i am not getting motivated :(
