[Review] Blood Signs

Right. So I found this terrible book. It is not as terrible as that one book I mentioned about two years ago, because nothing could be that bad, but this one is still bad.

I actually want to find that super terrible first book again so I can fully review it for you guys. It was the one that had a faerie (I think) who left gold glitter trails ( Read more... )

...I almost want to believe that this is really just a poorly written America/Russia fanfic. Where Russia controls America who just hasn't noticed he's being controlled or something.

In fact, I'm going to keep on believing that. Hopefully you find a good book to read after that, to wash out the mental flavor Blood Signs leaves behind. >_<;

America would be a diabetic, wouldn't he?

Also I am now putting in a bit with Randall and Sasha's names taken out and America and Russia's in their steed.

A diabetic with photographic memory.

You've fixed it! And I can't decide if I should keep laughing or feel horrified. See, now that it has been rendered to its proper form, it can never become a publish book. And with that logic, we can assume that something like Blood Signs never existed.

I don't know if you noticed, but Randall is a diabetic.

Probably late to the party, but yeah. Sasha is typically a lady name in English speaking countries because it ends with an A, but in Russian, it is a pet form of both Alexander and it's feminine form, Alexandr(i)a.

Also, that book B|. How does stuff like that get published? Isn't there people whose job it is to read submissions and say, 'This would make people's IQ lower just by looking at it - REJECTED.'

Man...

It's books like these, and authors who manage to have their works published while being consistently and obviously terrible at writing, wherein even their editors (if they have any) can't make their writing any better make me--

make me feel--

Like I could actually be an author. Because goddamn, what the hell? I could write better than that. You write better than that. Our powers combined, we could destroy this Amber Kell on the sub-atomic level.

What the fuck, man. This makes me sad. And gives me hope. Hope that I too may be able to find a publisher gullible enough to publish my crap. Who is this woman's publisher? I need to get in on this deal. Alphabet books teaching children their ACGB's will be published immediately, with a solid dose of porn.

That's how this thing got published. There was porn. More dicks going in holes, less grammatical common sense and sensible plot.

:| Moonshine? Why did you pick this book up? Can you post a video of perhaps you setting it on fire?
