Here's the next part of things. We'll be back to the time machine in a second, but first:

On a world far away from the two men lunching... )

Saint Hungry! Hamsters! Meat Tarot! Illustration!

I cannot express to you how much I loved the four items outlined above. Really, I can't.

(Also I'm feeling some payoff from reading all the collaborations with xlagartixax. Go me.)

First off, thank you very much! I'm glad you're enjoying things so far. :D

I had been thinking about continuing with Children of the Universe for NaNoWriMo as a solo project, but decided to put it on hiatus instead. I still wanted to do something that ties in with Paddy Paws and his world, and I realized I hadn't looked in on Hamster World in awhile.

How old is Hamster World, just out of curiosity? Also, is it clear and plastic with air slits?

I hope there's a rendevous on Padda Cat Nat at some point, I'd love to see that world.

Hee hee...that would be a fun planet, wouldn't it? I ought to make one of Hamster World's moons like that! Hamster World's regular Army occasionally deploys metal, spike-covered Assault Spheres in combat situations, too.

Hamster World also started way back in elementary school, after Paddy and his world--it goes back to about '86 or '87, so it is actually pushing 18 or 19 years now.

I did stuff with it and Padda Cat Nat (we will be visiting there!) all the way up to college and periodically thereafter, so I'm cheating a bit because there's a lot of background to work with for this story. Also, Padda Cat Nat and Hamster World exist in the same Universe as Earth, so events are occurring in real time.

I was also wondering--your story seems to have some history behind it, as well!
