Not too shabby! Hands are really hard for lots of artists. I know that for me, I've always practiced by looking at one of my own hands and just drawing it direct model. XD The key thing is to leave enough room for the palm (which is half the hand) between the fingers and the wrist. Doing just that makes hands look a lot better. :D (I speak from experience; my hands looked like pegs on a stick before I figured this out!)
