I have no words

Really. I'm just overwhelmed at the news about Lewis Collins and I don't have a clue of what to say.

My sympathies to his family. This is so tragic that he left us so soon.

Aww, thanks.

It is lovely to see he got the life he wanted in the end.

(Tell you what it was lovely to find out via the fandom than through a random newspaper article .. )

Definitely a bit of a shock. I'm glad for his sake and his family's that he kept the privacy that was clearly important to him, though.

It is no less than amazing that they were able to keep it this quiet in this day and age. I keep looking back at that horrible tabloid article from a year ago that was all down on his looks... You s***s, I hope you're happy now.

I know. I wanted to write something long and meaningful, but then...'I am very sad' seemed to cover it. :(

I'm still working on what to say on the condolences board. For me, the life change was meeting all of you through the fandom. His life profoundly changed mine in that regard. I hope he was able to see that from his side of the fence - I know it can seem like a pain to be chained to a project, but the reality is, he changed lives with it and I, for one, am grateful.
