I hope our Kangaroo boy wins the Oscar, he deserves it. But the question that boggles my mind is, if he were still here, would he still have been nominated? I'd like to think so since he did this role justice. I mean, after all, Robert Downey Jr (who happens to share the same b-day with Heath) got nominated in the same category. I'd like to see them pan on Roberts face, IF he doesn't win this award. His face when Heath won the GG was PRICELESS. His character was a laugh, and he did it well, but still. Heath's role was intense. If Heath win's the Oscar, I think I might bust out a Watermelon Smirnoff and do a dance in front of my house. Seriously. I get plastered quite easily, so it might be accomplished.

You know, I didn't see Tropic Thunder but the nom made me go "o.0" I loved him in Iron Man but I guess that would garner him a best actor, not supporting. I dunno ~ and you bring up a good point about what if he were alive...uhm. Tough call, I actually am stumped.

LOL. Yeah. Truth is, I just don't have an opinion regarding that matter because it's something we'll just never know. Not worth all of our pondering power :D

Had a bit of a giggle at the editing nomination.

However, if the makeup crew doesn't win I'll scream.
And the sound/music guys were pretty good too.
Sad they didn't get a nom for costumes. The socks people! The socks! And the hexagons!

It'll be something between B & C I think. I highly doubt he won't get it, but stranger things have happened.

I also feel there is a lot of non-understanding exactly about the Joker's significance when talking about it. There's all this 'brilliant portrayal of the Joker' talk but no one really seems to get what that means.

Exactly. People just say "Oh, good job!" But they really seem to have no idea what that entails.

I have one last thing to ask in my quest for icons.

Are there any Crane/Schiff icons floating around? I want to wave my flag for the 'ship. :) They're a match made in heaven.

Not that I know of - other than my "pie" icon, but that also has Harley & Joker in it too. I have quality Thomas & Crane icons separate but I lack the skillz to bring them together in one icon of melty love goodness XD

Yeah, I also lack the skills to make icons that are any fancier than a single static image without text.

Which is a pity because I have some great ideas.
