Ooh my, I am terrified. I'm not divulging anymore than that but I think I should take a few breathers before I make any rash decisions. It's unfortunate that my will power sucks, and how tempting rash decisions are when you feel like a bit of a mess ( Read more... )

mess-like, blah, whining

you can go with my advice, or hop into the birthcontrol comm @ lj. they're VERY helpful.

whenever i've missed 5+ days, i usually wait for my period (which WILL come early) and then start again, the first sunday after i get it. it's what the instructions say to do on alesse and normal ortho tri.

until then, condoms and the morning after pill are viable solutions.

instead of going to the doctor's make an appointment at planned parenthood to get the pill. they usually give you a few months free when you walk out, plus a perscription. and if yuo're a student, you get a cheaper price. it's also anonymous. they also have free condoms usually.

Well I went to Planned Parenthood on Thursday, and they told me I needed a doctor's prescription, and so followed the rush around the city looking for walk-in places or wherever I could get a prescription.

i usually wait for my period (which WILL come early)

Well er what if it just kinda wrapped up a couple days ago, do you think?

Either way, thank you =\

oh you should be more than fine then. i'd say you have a good two weeks but you can never be too careful.

seriously, they tell you you need a perscrip? that's ridiculous. they must have changed their methods. if you need, i think i have a spare pack but unless it's the same perscrip it will fuck with your body.

in case you didn't know, there's usually a few condoms chilling in the second draw on the right of my bathroom upstairs.

have you tried the one on dewdney? that's where i got my perscription.

When you get your new pack of pills you can start them the day you get it. You just need to use a back-up method for the first 7 days to ensure no baby-making.

As for now, CVS and Walgreens are both now selling spermicides, sponges and female condoms along with regular condoms. If you don't know what to purchase, talk to the phramacist. That's what they're there for.

That's BS that you need a doctor's prescription to go to PP... is it because you're not 18? Do they hve that stupid rule in Canada?

'is it because you're not 18? '

I'm not sure, I doubt it. They never asked for my age or anything. Blahhh -.- If they would've just called my doctor or something, I wouldn't be mad concerned just now.
