Agony during the writing process has little or nothing to do with the finished product. LOL And if it did, you'd probably have to argue that the more blood, sweat, and tears you shed, the better the final output. *shudder*

This was great - I loved your characterisations. Of course Mal would come up with a totally insane plan like that *giggle* I really enjoyed the lipstick and both Jayne and Zoe's speculations about it. I also liked you little touchs of the possibility of Jayne and Zoe maybe getting together. Well done!!

Thanks! The whole concept of Jayne/Zoe just boggles my mind and since it was the requested pairing for the ficathon...I really struggled to find a way for it to feel natural. *wipes brow with relief*

Glad you liked! Unfortunately, this isn't a pairing I usually write and it was rather a nightmare just trying to wrap my head around it...so probably no chapter two. We'll see. Never say never, I guess. :)
