What he was wondering was why he was suddenly going off to do karaoke with some girl he had barely knew. There were upsides to this place, now that he thought about it- the Orochi wasn't here, but then again, neither was Kyo.
But maybe it was just the fact that he was bored. Without any clues or leads into how to deal with the cursed snake demon that plagued his veins, let alone any opportunities to get rid of his supposed "blood rival" once and for all- Iori had found himself without much to do, to be verily honest ( ... )

Looking up again from her PCD again she smiled before slipping it into the back of her Jean skirt pocket and standing up. "Hey there, it's nice to finally meet you in-person." Offering him a hand, she thought in her mind how she had attempted to dress conservative today before realizing she didn't own clothing like that. For someone of Japanese heritage, she was too tan for the winter and had large eyes (which she used adhesive on her lids to make wider). She was used to being called a freak for looking like a highlighter threw-up on her after mating with a hooker or some other bizarre comment but she tried her best to ignore them. "You ready to have some fun?"

But he quickly pushed those thoughts out of his mind; dwelling on the past wasn't worth it at this point. Or relevant, for that matter. He shook his head lightly before looking back up to Ai. "...guess so." He had no idea how this was going to turn out, but might as well do something while he was back. Better for him to be doing something like this than to wander off again.

"I proooomise you'll have fun." Going towards the door, she only prayed it was still in good condition inside and no killer rabbits had inhabited the place. With a deep breath her hands reached for the knob and twisted it open. When the door creak opened, she peered inside and saw a few lights on and reflecting off the disco ball on the dance floor.
"Better then I expected."
