Summary: Trisha, upon seeing Ling's poor living conditions, decides to invite him to dinner. Maybe it wasn't a good idea?

Ling was both surprised and expectant when the invitation to dinner came. He'd come pretty close to giving up on Edward and Alphonse, although Alphonse was very, very, very slowly coming around. But Trisha Elric had been a wonderful godsend since he'd first passed out. He really did enjoy her food immensely, and he almost felt guilty when she kept cooking for him. But the taste outweighed the guilt, and here he was, quite happily heading in the direction of the deliciously familiar scent coming from the coordinates Mrs. Elric had given him, looking forward not only to the inevitable meal but to meeting the rest of the boarders in the Elric household.

The kitchen window was soon within his sights, and he deftly hopped onto the sill, a large, disarming smile on his face. "Smells much better than rat," he grinned.
