Please read the following, and add your comments including any descriptions you'd like to add, expand, or clarify. Please state as well which apartment and room number your character is assigned (this is up to the player until the layouts for the apartment buildings are done).
Were Adaugeo to be viewed from space and the reflective silver shield removed, one would see the city has been grounded in a perfect circle, evenly divided into four sectors like pieces of a pie. To the residents, however, these barriers cannot be seen, either surrounding the entirety of the city or separating the sectors themselves. The only way to travel from one sector to another is through the train station which runs every fifteen minutes. It takes fifteen minutes to travel to an adjacent sector, and half an hour to reach the sector which stands opposite. The park is always just a short walking distance from the train station.

Ver
The sector of spring. Estas lies to the west, and Hiberna borders the south. Flowers bloom heavily here, and the fragrances are pleasant and varied. Those with allergies may not appreciate this, however. The park is large and filled with cherry and apricot trees that are constantly flowering, leaving thick carpets of pink and white petals on the ground. A koi pond may be found within the park as well, where residents may pick up a small bag of feed for the fish. Ver is famous for its fruit orchards as well beyond the city limits, and the lush verdant hills. There is a white forest far to the northwest where a single, large tree stands taller than the others. There have been rumors that the tree will speak to those who pay a visit, but such rumors have yet to be confirmed. (Please ping Mod-Voldemort if you want your character to talk to the tree.)

A large and very well-kept place of medicine and healing. It is staffed by plenty of nurses and doctors, and the waiting room visits seldom last longer than fifteen minutes. Health care offered is comparable to that of the modern 21st century, with machines, surgery rooms, and oddly enough, no morgue.
Pokemon Center
Run by the talented Nurse Joy, who takes care of all visitors of animal nature, not just Pokemon. There's a large and comfortable waiting room for Pokemon trainers and pet owners to relax and wait for the patients to be returned, which normally doesn't take more than a day for most non-serious cases. There's a small cafeteria in the west wing. The food is, of course, free.
Estas
The sector of summer. Ver lies to the east, and Autumnus borders the south. The weather is almost always sunny, though it has the rare cloudy day and even more rare thunderstorm. A soothing salt breeze blows in from the west, where the sunset over the ocean is breathtaking. Estas is popular for its tropical beaches, with palm trees, white sands, and warm turquoise waters which are usually shark-free (unless its resident spirit, Staste, is feeling particularly nasty). The park is green and busy, particularly around noon where people escape outdoors to eat their lunches on the bench and throw crumbs to pigeons. The atmosphere is decidedly cooler in the forests that lie without, and much hotter in the arid deserts that lie beyond the woods. Summer fruits and vegetables grow wild around the outskirts of the city, pluckable by anyone who wants them. If one were to set sail on the ocean itself, they would find numerous islands just waiting to be explored by anyone feeling adventurous.

Barracuda Suites - A brick building with unreliable air conditioning. Residents have often complained about this, but the temperature remains temperamental.

The Reef - A tall, 21-story building situated near the ocean, two blocks down from Barracuda Suites.

Big Wave Estates - The ocean isn't visible from it, but it's close to the park.

Blue Sky Bakery
A quaint little shop with a blue canopy over the doorway. It's air-conditioned. At the moment, it is also closed with a sign on the door indicating that they are hiring bakers of all skill levels. It was once famous for its wide variety of unusual but delicious cakes and donuts, founded by Orihime Inoue.

Colisseum
This is a relatively new addition to Estas, as the big dome is still under construction. But the rules are clear, for the colisseum is the only place in Adaugeo where a person cannot truly die. Grudge matches between Adaugeo's residents are highly encouraged to be fought here, and the crowds are typically bloodthirsty, cheering on those who land critical blows. Those who are 'killed' in battle awaken in the staging room, whole and unharmed, but completely exhausted to the point where they will probably need several days of rest. The colisseum does nothing for those who are merely injured and maimed, however, and such are shuttled off to Ver's hospital if they insist on complaining.
Autumnus
The sector of fall. Estas lies to the north, and Hiberna borders the east. Climates are usually dry and cool, with occasional rainstorms. The air is sharp, cool, and tinged with the smell of woodsmoke. Trees of all varieties are scattered through the park, with leaves bursting into bright colors of gold, crimson, and orange. The park also contains numerous bronze and stone works of art to be admired by visitors and pigeons alike. Autumnus has plenty of wilderness beyond the city limits, with dense forests and a rare hidden system of interlinked caves and caverns for spelunking.

The sector of winter. Ver lies to the north, and Autumnus borders the west. It's as likely to snow as it is to be sunny, those blizzards are few and far between. They do happen, however, so it's wise for the residents to stock up on food they can make at home in case they are unable to move about outdoors. The park has only a few trees, with most of its acres taken up by numerous frozen lakes serving as skating rinks. The fields are always full of clean white snow, just the right kind for building snowmen or flopping upon for snow angels. Tread the sidwalks carefully; they are frequently covered in ice. Outside the city one can see signs of green in the pine forests that line the base of tall, intimidating mountains. Hiberna is beautiful, but cold. Very, very cold.

About what one would expect from a typical library. But those searching for a good mystery novel or a romance will be very disappointed: the only books here are non-fiction in nature. Still, one can find a zoology of Zebesian creatures amongst other such strange field guides and history books, so it's not ALL boring.

Botanic Garden
A big building that's mostly made out of glass, to get as much sun as possible from the wintersun above Hiberna and sits on a small hill. It's robust enough to not get easily destroyed by a storm. The inside is warm, even though it wouldn't seem like that because it's completely made out of glass and it's bright because of the lamps high above on the ceiling, that brings additional light for the future plants. At the moment it's more filled with soil than anything else, but the botanist of Hiberna is already working on planting many different flowers and trees with the help of his assistants. So, anyone who would visit now, will see a botanic garden in developement. Some grass here, some growing flowers and trees there...
