Interesting Possibility

This isn't really a rec because I haven't read the story, but I came across a recommendation in Portkey that has piqued my interest.  I read a few paragraphs of the story and it has potential:

The Purple Potion
by B. B. Ruth from FF.net
Summary: A year after her best friend betrays her, Hermione has to face Harry and work with him to uncover the ( Read more... )

That one is really good!!!! It has all the things that you can enjoy: angst (lots of it), hilarious situations and the mistery, oh the mistery! I'm not telling you more because I can ruin it but it's a must read for any H/Hr shipper.

Sounds very, very tempting.

Amusing about the new intern. My husband and I keep telling his brother that he's metro, which he always denies.

I'm not quite sure. XD I think I miss one of my best friends, Manu, who just happens to be gay. And I miss Joseph, who also happens to be gay. At parties it was almost always Manu and me, or Joseph and me.

Srzly? Manu? Was that his entire name? Or short for manuel?

...awww, you missed out on having a potential partner in CRIME for those parties! :(

Hey!

Ya its me. I really liked the fic, i think you will enjoy it too.
btw, the other fic i mentioned in the review - that was angelica. I remember this one time, i had to rush for class and i checked my mail - there was an update of angelica. i couldn't sit down to read it but i was so so distracted during the entire class. I remember rushing back home and just logging on without taking time to change/eat/breathe.... We are a bunch of loonies when it comes to your writing ;)
I have been pretty irregular on the net lately. Just started reading all the updates angelica... Though my eyes are already protesting :)
Promise you a nice long review when i am done ...

Hope you and your baby are doing well!
Take Care

Having read both of the stories...I will say that if you like your characters flawed...almost to the point of disbelief than the stories work.

I enjoyed Cardinal Sins more than I have enjoyed Purple Potion, but B.B. does write in a very unique and readable style.
