Who: All Ad Libitum Members (and gatecrashers?) What: A guild meeting When: Midday after all events currently going Where: Blessenwood Guild Office Why: It's time to get organized! Status: Open
[Mithos casually entered the room. He had smelled food ever since he arrived; while it was no doubt a pleasant smell, Mithos had never been one to part with his angelic gift of no longer needing to eat. How long had it been since he had eaten anything, anyway? Centuries? Millenia? If he were to eat now, he would no doubt become very sick to his stomach due to it likely being atrophied, or at least shrunken to a deflated sack. That still didn't mean Mithos didn't like the smell of turkey - he definitely did - but eating it? It wasn't worth the pain and suffering that would follow.
Mithos had been appointed to Guild Leader of the Wuldorwurth Chapter two days before leaving on the quest with Chat, Arche, and Keele. He had no members to speak of, nor a building in which to house the guild. He hadn't even been to Wuldorwurth yet. While he wasn't afraid of the crime there (drunken, drug addicted brigands would drop like flies against him), he felt that there was no point working to build a guild office if he didn't have a guild to speak of

[Smiles at Kratos] I'm glad I could help. I'll talk to the birds right after this! And I'll try to talk to the villagers more as well, I'm sure there'll be some information they can give us!
...A question though? I've heard of some others that have been summoned here that aren't part of Ad Libitum yet. Shouldn't we put some effort into trying to convince them to join us as well?

[Asch had been waiting outside the guild building, leaning against the wall when the doors opened. Glancing without actually moving his head, he pushed himself off and stepped inside. Naturally, he barely acknowledged those around him. Sure, he could be social, but he often chose to avoid unnecessary friendliness. Therefore, he immediately took to a corner, arms crossed, as he stared at the ongoing meeting.]
[Really, he was unsure of whether or not he actually wanted to relocate at this point, but his presence was explicitly requested due to his experience with the negativity...such a pain. Well, he had planned on going anyway, but he preferred to keep some information to himself. Prodding made him even more resistant...It was much better when he chose what he did and did not say, leaving when he was done.]

[Living in the guild building certainly had its advantages. Throughout the guild leaders' conversation, Jay crouched near the door, listening to the issues that were brought up. He took most of the issues with a neutral opinion, but he did frown upon Mithos' focus on Goede. He would definitely have to bring up the issue during the meeting.]
[Once it was deemed safe to join the meeting, Jay took one last peek at his notes before opening the door and stepping out into the meeting room. He avoided any and all eye contact with the guild leaders as he took one of the empty seats. However, he did feel obliged to give a greeting, at least.]

[Rita arrived at the guild building a little later than she usually does, with a small gadget in hand no less. A clock or some sort of lamp. Maybe both. It was hard to tell what she was really doing before hand because her robes were still neat and...her definition of tidy.
Despite this, it was obvious Rita had been tinkering with her blastia models, namely the Barrier model still standing in the middle of town and this gadget she brought with her. She took the nearest empty seat and continued with her tinkering. Whether she actually pays attention to the meeting depends on how interesting she finds it.]
[Tear had been waiting outside the guild building for some time, having settled on a low wall with a tidy stack of papers resting in her lap. The melodist had not bothered exchanging pleasantries, but instead had patiently bide her time, occasionally shuffling through the papers in order to better collect her thoughts, occasionally looking off into the distance

[Alice hated being unprepared. However, she'd been led here, and needed to know the situation. Right here, right now. Despite her deepest, darkest misgivings, she bit down on her tongue, following all of the other individuals. She didn't make a sound, didn't bring any notice to herself, she just stood there like a dunce.
It didn't take a genius to figure out the basic atmosphere, she'd seen it many times as a commander of the Vanguard back home. Her lips pursed-- she should be the one in one of those chairs, not any of those geezers. Whatever. Her time would come soon enough.]
[Raine happened to be in the building at the time of the meeting, though she had chosen to make herself scarce by wandering to an unoccupied area, where she sat down with what appeared to be a ratty little book with fragile, discolored pages. Naturally, it had fallen into more careless hands prior to her own, hence its sorrier state. Still, she could not deny that she appreciated the wonderful scent of old books.]
[The combination of distance and distraction left only fragments of overheard words and sentences for her to process. Listening for a change of pace, which might indicate the opening of the meeting to all members, rather than words, she finally looked up as she heard silence, followed by the creaking of an opening door, followed by footsteps. Almost reluctant, Raine finished up the page she was reading, pushed herself off of her chair, and wandered over to the meeting.]
[Of all people to be at the guild leaders' meeting, she had hardly expected Mithos. She caught a glance out of the corner of her eye, then searched for an

[Like his sister, Genis was in the building, though he'd made himself scarce in the kitchen. (Blame this new cookbook Raine'd gotten; despite his reluctance to read it, it actually has good recipes!) Coming into the room last - it'd taken a while to scrub off the smell of grilled salmon and squash - he then took a seat beside Raine.
He had to admit: seeing Mithos in a position of power wasn't bizarre. But thinking that he would have to take orders from Mithos? It was incredibly surreal, and for a moment, Genis nearly forgot why he was here in the first place.
Oh, right... the guild meeting. This would be boring. Hopefully Yuan wouldn't take too long.]
[Chat, who just in time approached to the area, wondered why there were so many people gathering in the meeting room. Yet, she needed to gather some repair tools for her half wrecked ship. Then it clicked her mind, Mithos did told her earlier that he will attend for a meeting before he disappeared. So, this is the meeting he was talking about?]
[Leaving her actual intention behind, she headed to the room that filled with silent atmosphere. She knew something really serious will happened here. Glanced to the new faces, and until she recognized Mithos, who appears to be one of the leaders.]
[Chat wasn’t surprise, just a bit. Since she wounded up here, there’s nothing she could do on the next step after the ship recovers. Although she wasn’t with them, she lent her ears to track their situation what they’re having now.]
[Norma rushed in just a little late. She'd overslept today, and had briefly considered just ditching the meeting altogether; it didn't strike her as likely to be a particularly fun time. But ultimately she'd decided to come - she had a feeling she'd get an earful from Jay, not to mention the guild leaders, if she didn't show up.
Luckily, it seemed that the meeting had just started. Norma took a seat and tried to quietly catch her breath. Deciding that the current topic of discussion wasn't particularly interesting, she idly looked around at the others, noting a few unfamiliar faces, and even more she only barely recognized. She directed a bright grin at Jay, then kicked her feet as she turned her attention back to the discussion.]

We don't have too much of a use for people without initiative, but if anyone sees the opportunity, feel free.
[Readying himself for the onslaught, Yuan opened the doors to the rest of the guild.]
{OOC: Characters who have a habit of being "on time" would be assumed to be arriving at this point and be mostly aware of what's going on.}
