Two more plants have made it so far, out of a batch of six, started weeks apart from each other. And my first one ( from Sept. 13th) is almost ready to be divided up and placed into new pots. There are at least 2-3 plantlets in this bunch:

So last week my psydiagnostics professor couldn't make it b/c of illness. This weekend he was admitted to the hospital, and yesterday I found out he is on dialysis. He's one of my favorite professors. -_ ( Read more... )

I had to throw away a couple of my main plants because of mites (I need to get around to buying some neem oil, supposedly helps keeps those pests away). Luckily, I had planted some leaves for propagation weeks ago, before the mite issue was apparent. The first one came through!

Classes are going well. More reading to catch up on and reports to write. I scored my first WISC yesterday. Not sure if I should be including the supplemental test I did ('cancellation'), as it inflates the Full Scale IQ. Hrm.
