Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a story from fanfiction.net.  Remus and Sirius get together over the course of the story.  In the end, after being kidnapped by deatheaters, Remus transforms and Moony ends up killing Voldemort.  James and Lily are alive.  Remus and Sirius end up using a surrogate and have twins as well.

The Story is called Downfall and it can be found over at ff.net. The author is Black Crystal Dragon. I'd post a link but right now its not working.
