For your search #1 there is Break a leg by hpsauce. But they are both ballet dancers here. Sorry, don't know any with R/S and hip hop dancing.

But I do know one with Remus/Severus as a pairing, if you'd like to try it. They both participate in a TV dance competition and Severus is a hip hop dancer: Paso Doble by Mckay and Arionrhod.

Oh, and both are non-magical AUs.

I like Three Card Monte very much, too. But sadly don't know any similar stories. Hope you find one.
