Bring Back Sirius

I'm looking for a fic in which Remus performs some magic to bring Sirius back. He has to make a deal on the other side, his life for Sirius', and ends up trading half of his life to give it to Sirius. They die in bed together at a ripe old age of not-very-old-for-a-wizard.
