Excellent fic, I just reread that. (I think anything by Sam that hasn't been written in the past few hours is in my "reread" stack now... *goes to continue re-re-re...rereading Stealing Harry...*)

As for any other good stories with an Azkaban-damaged Sirius, I recommend at least two fics by paulamcg: His Face Shines in the Gloom of My Parents’ House, taking place at Number 12, Grimmauld Place, and I Am Still the Stray, where Sirius does wait for Remus at the window.
