Well it sounds like you had alot of fun despite the heat. I wish I could say the same. I've had to get working these past few weeks so I've been braving the harsh summer weather with absolutely zero the fun factor. Not to mention I'm getting so dirty doing this job. Gardening is harder than it looks. -__-

Japan sounded like a blast. I wish it wasn't hot there. I always thought Japan would have been at least 10 degrees cooler than here in the US.
