You've suggested that this city operates on a series of planes... Planes that these Magisters oversee, correct? However, it has come to my attention that they may not be the arbiters behind our arrival. What title, then, precedes a Magister? If not their desires that lure us here, who in this fascinating city do we have to thank?

The Magisters, while guardians to this city, are ultimately as much prisoners to this place as you, if not more. They are powerful, but they do not and never did have the power necessary to perform something such as pulling individuals from other worlds and realities.

It is currently unknown if there is an identity to the cause of your arrival here. But, careful consideration of Nuadoria's state and how it came to be suggests that it may be the work of the sealed entity within Sefirah.
