I saw Memoirs of a Geisha with Sam tonight.

What a beautiful movie.. slow at times.. but worth it.

Made me think of every quote in the world that says you should never not tell someone how you feel... because you may never get the chance to do so tomorrow.. or whatever.

overall, great movie, i recommend it.

I've seen it, I went alone and came out teary eyed. lol. I thought it was amazing. I didnt think it was slow at times though, I think it added to the dramatic feeling. It was more an arty film than anything.

no i didn't. i don't like watching movies then reading the book because my mind only sees the movie characters instead of whoever i make up. ... weird i know. it ruins the book basically.

but was the book good?

yeah i liked the book a lot. i read the book before the movie tho, so i guess i'm safe :)
