part 2
“Antartica?!?!” Bam’s eyes were wider than golf balls as he looked down at Ville, “this is a joke right? Where are we really going?”
“No joke, sweetheart...I know its no nude beach on the french riviera, but its exciting isn’t it?” he smiled and pulled Bam by the hem of his towel, causing them to both fall back on the bed.
“What is there to do in antarctica?” wet locks falling in his face as he spoke
“lots of things...use your imagination..” and with that, the towel was thrown across the room and never to be missed.
(Insert squiggly lines here for fast forward effect ^^ )
a muffled, monotone voice came over the plane intercom, “we are now approaching the antarctica International Airport, please remain seated until the plane comes to a complete stop” the plane took a sudden dive and soon the big metal bird was on the ground, all of five people exiting into the one room airport that could have been mistaken for a bus stop in the middle of Texas.
Bam got out first, wrapping his coat tightly around him as he waited for Ville to follow, and when he meet up with his lover, his face was nothing but a giant smile. Bam smirked but still had no idea why the hell he agreed to go to such a weird place.
“So..umm..where exactly are we going?”
“Don’t make me ruin the surprise” Ville practically giggled with excitement, grabbing his lover’s hand and pulling him and their one suitcase outside to where a very beaten down snowmobile was waiting. Apparently this was the taxi of antarctica; the driver getting off and helping Ville fasten their luggage to the back before asking them to get on. The ride seemed endless, Bam falling asleep against Ville’s shoulder on the way. By the time they reached their destination it was nearly dusk, nothing but purple and red clouds to greet the miles of pallid snow.
“Wakey wakey sleepy head” Ville whispered to Bam as the snow taxi stopped. His eyes fluttered open in the cutest way, his sight adjusting to what he was seeing. Rows and rows of igloos. Great..just great..after all that he was going to be sleeping in a house of ice. He looked over at Ville and raise a brow, half out of curiosity and half out of a “wtf?” look. All Ville did was smile and pick bam up off the taxi, carrying him to their igloo. It was a surprisingly big igloo, big enough for a king sized bed and walking space. Bam crawled in first, beholding the very ironic image infront of him. Ville scooted in next, pulling their suitcase over to a corner which had a curtain to pull incase you needed something to undress behind, and Ville took full advantage of it, winking to Bam before walking behind it.
Bam sighed and sat down on the bed. It was freezing. He was freezing. He almost asked if he could turn up the heat, but then remembered that they were in a house of ice. Great...just great. Moments later, after listening to Ville grunting and cussing behind the curtain for a few minutes, he emerged...
Bams mouth falling open and a smile gracing his frozen face.
“This was the best idea ever”
