math makes me cross. i have a fancy calculator, and it's a TI-83 that was required in high school, but the other day, she told us we need a TI-89 for the class. which SUCKS because they're like $140. but today we started graphing on our calculators, and i was able to convert what she was doing to mine because we did so much graphing in high school

The TI-89 is really cool because it'll solve things for you and it does a bunch of calc stuff and it'll factor or expand things. I love it lol. I had to have it senior year in high school so I've been using it since then but my calc teacher told us this semester we can't use that one, so I have to use my TI-83 from 11th grade, which is okay, but I'm not used to it! Apparently she helped create it or something so she knows how to work it well and the TI-89 gives us too many answers without us trying. Oh well!

if you get a TI-89, get the titanium. I believe they're the same price and the TI-89 titanium is better than just the TI-89. you'll probably be fine with a TI-83, though.

TI-89 is like the standard now, but my math teacher liked the 84 (I had him for all three college maf classes) and told us to use that or the 83 or 89 or really whatever we wanted, but that he doesn't like the 86. But anyway the point is that they can do mostly the same stuff. Like. I don't think you're going to really need the 89. I've had an 83-plus since high school. It's bluuuuuueee.

ANYWAY. I feel better-er today but not totally great. And also I'm home now with my mommy and kitties and feeling pretty awesome about that, and I got my last Pants book and Boss is sleeping on my bed near me with his fat belly, so that is all good things.

Oh man I want a Happymeal.
