So, this...depression..if you want to call it that....I am wondering if it has something to do with going off my Vitamin D for the summer...assuming that I would get enough.

My Mom reminded me I am not outside that much. So I took them today...will try to get back to taking them every day and see how that goes.

This parental things is very hard. It is very rewarding but it is also very challenging.
