6 - Rocknrolla - Guy Ritchie's latest London gangster flick, a not a bad example of the genre. A typically convoluted storyline sees a couple of small-time crooks trying to find a large sum of money to pay back an autocratic gangster, who is having some problems of his own with a wealthy Russian trying to buy his way into London's underworld. Throw into the mix an ice queen bent lawyer, a junkie musician, Handsome Bob's big (not so) secret and a priceless painting and... wackiness ensues according to the formula. Perfect Saturday night fun.

7 - The Escapist - A film that couldn't even claim to be memorably dire, this is the really not good at all story of a bloke who decides to get personal revenge on the man who killed his wife. Unfortunately, said attacker is in prison, so the protagonist gets himself locked up in progressively more secure prisons until he finally gets put in with his nemesis. Really not worth the paper the script was written on, despite the presence of some names big enough to have known better.
